We want you to love your mau5hop gear, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all original tags are attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the pre-paid shipping label provided via email and secure it to your original packaging.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Hand over your return package to any authorized courier drop-off location or schedule a pickup at your convenience.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
